How does Enterprise onboarding work?
Enterprise onboarding is managed by the Decktopus team. We first provide a demo environment with limited seats and credits so your team can evaluate the platform. Once approved, we complete your enterprise setup, including your organization workspace and brand configuration.
How long does setup take?
About 1 week. You get a demo account first, with limited credits and seats, to try it. Once approved, our team completes the full setup for your organization.
What's the minimum team size?
Enterprise features are available for teams of all sizes. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Does this work for global teams?
Yes. AI generates presentation content in 100+ languages, set by typing your prompt in the language you want. The interface itself supports 7 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Turkish, and Arabic. EU server hosting is available for teams with data residency requirements.
How much does Decktopus Enterprise cost?
Enterprise pricing is custom. Pricing depends on team size and needs.
Is Decktopus secure for enterprise use?
Yes. Decktopus uses TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control, and private workspaces to help protect your organization's data. Customer data is excluded from AI training by default, and SOC 2 Type II compliance is currently in progress.
Can we use a custom domain?
Yes. Add your subdomain from the Share tab and connect it. Setup is done by the org owner.
Can we export presentations?
Yes. Presentations can be exported as PDF, PPT, and PNG with standard or compressed quality options. You can also share presentations through live links that automatically reflect the latest updates, publish them on your custom domain, or embed them on external websites.
Can multiple teams collaborate in Decktopus?
Yes. Enterprise organizations include shared organization workspaces where teams can access presentations together. Admins can manage members and control access, and presentations can be shared with the entire organization or selected team members.
